We’ll also take a look at measures you can take to shield your trade secrets from the everyone (yes, everyone is a potential trade secret thief) and what you may do if you suspect your trade secret was stolen. My goal is to educate you, as a business owner, on the value of one of your intellectual property rights and give you the confidence to not only protect your trade secrets, but how that right can be enforced, if necessary.
