Thumbs down Blogiarism

More and more a-list bloggers are finding their writing blogiarized. That is, blogger's are cut and pasting other bloggers content and claiming it as their own. This happened to Michael Arrington or TechCrunch. Mike called out the blogiarizer.

Blogiarism defined.

Thanks for bumping this up, Keith.. not to mention people are pulling other blogger's feeds and posting on their blogs with an automated RSS Feed poster. They don't even have to cut and paste anymore - it's all automated for them!

Way I look at it?
If other blogs use RSS feeds and grab from my blog, extra exposure and possibly more visitors.

Do hate it though when other bloggers just copy and past what I have posted and then use my original material as their own!
Not even a link back to my blog or something to say I stole it from Iowadawg.

I'm a big "copy paster" I'll admit.. I think there's a fine line between "fair use" and blogiarism. If you stop short of posting the entire article and include a link back to the source, is it still blogiarism? I suspect we'd see alot of interpretations as to what the term really encompasses.

Lots of discussion on that point throughout the blog world.
Some say it is stealing, but most seem to say what I said, as long as a link back, it is okay.

Though I have seen the blogs that do this to my material and do I really want a link back form splogs? (splogs=spam blogs).
