Combining Wordpress Databases...possible?

I have two wordpress blogs and I want to combine them.
In other words, one blog will be moved to the other blog.
Just the database of blog one to the database of blog two.

Is this possible?

Here it is to help:
I want to close down Best Websites | Reviewed by Iowadawg as a blog and moved the database to Websites I Find Interesting to Review

I would imagine it could be done by importing data into the tables but no idea how it's done.

I made backups a few minutes back of both databases.
I see no problem except maybe one in combining them.
And that is do I lose pages?
EG: all posts on blog a lead to a page.
Will I lose them by combining the databases, or will new pages be created?

Argh.....I gave up on wordpress.org trying to find an answer.

My thought is each entry should have a unique ID of some sort.. so it should be possible to merge two databases. Just not sure how.. I've never had occasion to attempt it.

Okay, not working the easy way.
Too many errors keep showing up, and I got tired of eliminating the errors only to be told I have more errors.
Argh!!!!

I am pretty sure Wordpress will allow you to export data to an XML format and then import it in a different blog through the Wordpress admin. Should be super easy.

It is easy, but the problem I found?
Some entries are on both blogs, so those are the errors.

Going to skip this project for a bit.
